Hatha yoga is the main aspect of my yoga practice. We focus on being able to hold the poses (asanas) with calmness and poise by bringing awareness to the breath.
Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga and it is consisting of the 3rd and the 4th steps from the 8 fold path of yoga, also known as the Ashtanga Yoga (or Classical Yoga).
We do a plenty of Sun Salutation to warm-up the body and at the same time, strengthening and aligning the entire body. It can be meditative as we flow through these movements while you center your awareness within yourself.
