September: Fall Foliage

Happy fall, everyone! Time for red, orange, and yellow leaves.

September began in a blink of an eye and my oh my….it’s already mid September!
I wanted to have at least 2 sessions this month, but I might only get one online session in….! Next month, in October, I will make up for it. I have already 2 in my book, so let’s see if I can get the 3rd session in. Thank you again for those of you that joined me on line last Sunday. It’s really a great way to get the day started. Just grab a cup of coffee (I know I know, yogis should be drinking tea rather than too much caffeine but I am only human. I LOVE coffee. haha) and then get my mat out. Finding my breath and clarity as I allow my body to go into my flow. It’s a great way to scan my body — both physical and the mental body. I really enjoy meeting my online yogis. I feel blessed and privileged to have the chance to teach online . The days are starting to get shorter and we can smell the autumn breeze in the air. It’s definitely already fall. We were able to still enjoy yoga outside last week — we will see how much longer I can teach outside seeing that it’s getting a bit chilly.

For my next online sessions, it would most likely be the second and the fourth week of October. Stay tuned for the dates and the times. I will post them as soon as I have my schedule organized.

If you have a chance to check out my Instagram account, you can find some short yoga videos on IGTV and some yoga tips. Recently I just posted one about Dandasana (Staff Pose), so if you get a chance, you can read up on it and try it out. Also wait for more new posts on certain poses and some more yoga tips from me!

I am also grateful that I can use this awesome “vintage” historical building here in our village, Darlingerode, for my Friday yoga group. I have to find more neat things to make it cozy when I have my lessons inside for the next few months. Yes, the cold months are coming and in Germany, it feels EXTRA long with the winter time.

See you guys soon outdoors or online!

Hugs and Namaste  <3 Stay healthy and happy!
