June: Ready For More Yoga?

Happy summer days, everyone!

It’s feeling like summer already here in Japan, but I hear that in Germany, it’s just PERFECT. The weather is about 22 degrees, nice and dry and pleasant.  It’s been nice and sunny here in Japan at the moment as well, but it is already feeling like this muggy humid summer. It’s almost 28-30 degrees and it’s so hard to be outside during the daytime.  (yes, exactly when we want to be outside, right?)  We try to find the chance to go our for a walk in the late afternoon (after sunset) or find some shady place to play.  What’s not too cool are the mosquitos here in Japan: they can REALLY bite!  I am getting lots of bites and they get really big.  Not too nice……I went outside to do a short flow video for about 10 minutes, and I got bit all over my ankles and even through my leggings.
I was hoping to do some sessions in Japan but due to my bad internet connection, it didn’t happen……BUT we will get right back into it as soon as I’m back in Germany!
SO…..here’s the plan…..:

I will try and see if I can set up more online sessions again — probably more sessions in July for the lost sessions in May.  Stay tuned and I can’t wait to be online with all of you again!  What’s great now is that things are opening up again and maybe the whole Corona restrictions will get a bit lighter meaning I can hold some yoga sessions outside in the garden!  That’s one awesome thing about German summer is that we don’t have any mosquitos and the day time is SOOOOO long, we forget that it’s already late in the evening!  (haha)

Stay tuned for some videos coming up —I am planning to get some more time to record some more flow videos for Youtube.

Try to always find gratitude in our daily lives — be thankful for what is there.

See you all soon on your yoga mat <3 Namaste!  Stay healthy and happy!
