Hey there, how’s it going?
Another lesson in the books with all the happy yogis flowing together last Sunday. Thanks again to all those who joined me. I am really grateful for this chance to connect with you all — I know how amazing it is to really be there “LIVE” in person to enjoy yoga together but for now, we have to be thankful for the chances we can get (and thanks to internet for this!) For now, it’s truly a blessing that we can enjoy yoga together like this online. Otherwise I would’ve never met a dedicated student from Poland or been able to share the time with some yogis from Japan while being in Germany. Of course comparing to having a real lesson online is not quite the same, but I am nonetheless grateful for all of you. Namaste for that.
I hope you all had a nice Easter weekend and have been enjoying the occasional sunshine (for us here in Germany is quite funny to experience some snow right after Easter again…..oh boy) .
I will be posting my schedule for the next session so stay tuned and stay positive.
On Sunday, April 11th, we focused on opening the heart and releasing some tension in the shoulders. I took care that we had enough warm-up to get into some heart-opening asanas. I do hope that you can find the chance to practice some sequences that you learned in class whenever you can manage some time to do some self-care. <3
Hope that you can join me and see if you can find time on your Sunday morning to start the day off with some great pranayama and some asanas to wake up the body and the soul.
Stay positive and well for now. I know things are not the best and the happiest at the moment, but I know things would get better (hopefully) if we stay strong mentally. Stay strong at heart and keep on smiling. There are so many things to feel grateful for.
Namaste <3
