Time to cozy up for yoga

Happy autumn everyone,  



Have you already gotten your coats and winter jackets out? How about some winter gloves and scarves?? I’ve got my beanies and scarves ready to go. It sure is getting a bit chilly now : it sure smells like fall! Nice rise breeze in the morning and even in the sun, you can tell it’s not the “summer sunshine” anymore.

This gives us more reasons to get moving and keep your physical self active. Whether you go for a walk outside for an hour, or for a nice weekend hike to look for some mushrooms in the mountains, whatever it may be, try and get some fresh air once a day. Why deprive yourself of some sunshine when it’s still out? In Germany, when the winter rolls around, I am sure we won’t be seeing too much sun.
So be grateful for the weather —- as long as it’s not like a crazy storm, let’s get out!.

Online yoga is going okay as well. And I am truly grateful for the last session we had: Yogis from all over the world —- Germany, Japan, and Australia.
Thank you for being so patient to join me online — I know it’s not the same as if I am there with you in the classroom together. But i enjoy that we are there together at REAL TIME and can breath and flow together.

Stay positive and keep listening to your breath. We do this much too rarely……yet we should always be listening and enjoying the flow of our breath.
