Autumn yoga time: October lessons

Hi everyone,  



Today is a national holiday here in Germany. It’s the Reunification day when the former East and the West Germany rejoined to be “one Germany”. That happened in 1989, so it’s been already 30 years. WOW…….

Now it’s already October! 2020 is passing by so fast, but I am sure no one would really miss 2020……*lol* Today I started the day off with my yoga lesson outside even though it was around 15 degrees C, we still had some sun and it was not too shabby to enjoy yoga outside. I mean, before the cold fall/winter rolls around, we need to take advantage of the sunshine as much as we can. By the time we were doing a few sun salutations and adding in some Vinyasas, it was getting nice and warm. We totally forgot that the sun was gone and it was getting a little bit cloudy.
But as I have mentioned before, it is an amazing feeling after you’re done with your practice. You feel really refreshed, positive, alive…..and feel like the weekend can now start! Here’s the schedule for my upcoming online English Yoga session.

Now it’s getting harder to enjoy yoga outside, so maybe it’s the right time to roll your mat out in your own living room or bedroom — wherever you want to practice your yoga. I hope that Online yoga is another option, another possible chance for you to get some yoga experiences PLUS to make time FOR YOURSELF.

Take care that you’re not getting sick…….it’s easier to catch a cold when the seasons are changing like this. I know that In Japan is probably starting to feel very comfortable. Japanese autumn is a great season. ….Oh I really hope that we can fly to Japan soon again.
