Sunny autumn days

Hi everyone!


How’s it going? Yes, the world still has the whole Covid-19 issue, and yes, we still feel that there are so many restrictions regards to traveling or seeing our families, BUT we are staying positive and enjoying the sunny days that we got now in our September days. Last week was so lovely, it felt like summer again (close to 30 degrees C). I enjoyed my yoga lessons outside and it was just PERFECT. Also, ‘Thank you!’ to those who joined me on Sunday with my online yoga —- we had yogis from here, Jenna, Potsdam, Tokyo — it was a great morning session.

It really is a great way to start your day with yoga. Even if you wake up on the wrong side of the bed and feeling a bit grumpy, you feel this instant rush of energy and liberation. SERIOUSLY I guess I can be a bit biased since I LOVE yoga and love teaching yoga, but it surely can make your day better. I am so happy to hear from my students that when they start their Saturday off with an hour of yoga, their whole weekend just feels more RELAXED. (For this, I am always so grateful ….. *hugs* )


Before the weather gets cooler and more like “real German Autumn”, I better take advantage of the sunshine we can get. And more online lessons coming up in the coming weeks. I am sure when the weather gets worse, it wouldn’t be too bad to try some online yoga from the comfort of your own home. *wink*
