I hope you are enjoying your summer break, summer heat, time with family.
Despite this COVID-19 life, staying home and working from home hasn’t been that terrible. Actually, it’s been quite good for our family.
I am also lucky that I can work from home for the Harz University next semester, so it does make our lives easier with the little one still being home.
It’s been super warm due to our crazy heat wave the last 2 weeks. I had my garden yoga lessons later in the day and we found some shade so it was pretty comfortable.
It’s nice to be able to enjoy yoga outdoors especially when we have good weather.
Sun, lovely breeze, birds chirping….ah.

Online yoga is going okay as well. Trying to do one lesson a week. Last week was on a Sunday so that I could get some Yogis joining me from japan.
One good thing about online yoga is that we don’t need to worry about the heat or looking for the shade. I mean, you can even bring your laptop or smartphone outside if you want to and join my lesson….! (Or vice versa, I can be outside and do my lessons if I have good internet!)
But I do miss being able to be in the presence of the students and to be guiding them, correcting them, and feeling our breath flowing together.
Stay hydrated, take deep breaths and find positive energy.
