Good zoom session last week – and more to come!

Hey everyone…

Can’t believe that it’s already mid July. I hope you are all doing well. Last Thursday, I had my online LIVE session and I am thankful for all of you who joined me for the class. I am always grateful that I can have lessons online and offer my yoga sessions even when we still need to keep our “distance”. The situation with the COVID-19 is constantly changing and it is sometimes so hard to stay on track as to what is allowed and what is again prohibited. As of July 1st, people are allowed to travel into Germany from Japan. But who knows if this really means that my parents can come visit freely without any problems.

It wouldn’t be too cool if they fly into Germany yet they cannot pass the customs control and get stuck at the airport OR get sent back……OH GOSH……! I really do hope that there would be a way that I can see my family soon. But yet again, I am thankful for the internet. 🙂

I will be posting more videos soon in my Youtube channel, so stay tuned for that! I plan on doing some short video sessions to help you with certain poses — I will guide you step by step and give you some thorough instructions for each asanas. This way, even if I am not with you and assisting you in the studio, I can help you digitally.

So next week’s schedule for my English Yoga sessions online via Zoom:
Thursday July 23rd @ 17pm (70 min)

Paypal or bank transfer
10 euro

I can’t wait to offer some more different type of flow sessions.

I am also planning some prenatal courses for those of you who would like some yoga during your pregnancy. It really helped me when I was pregnant myself. I was practicing yoga until 3 days before I went into labor, so that was quite exciting……..! I never realized until I was pregnant to really appreciate and understand (mentally and physically) that yoga is REALLY good for everyone!

Stay tuned for my upcoming sessions. I would like to offer more for the summer time — if you are staying home for the summer, why not try some sessions in your backyard or on the balcony!

Stay positive and patient and always find gratitude in the little things.
