Smell of Spring

Finally SUNSHINE!  



Wow, it’s already end of April …….how fast did April go by? And talk about true German April: we saw sun, we saw rain, we saw hail, and even snow…..!! Finally sun is coming out and we can see all the cherry blossoms finally starting to bloom. It looks like Spring is finally here. Again, thank you to my yogis for joining me last Saturday, April 24th, for a flow session where I focused on arm strengthening and heart-opening. I truly always feel this gratitude and deeper connection (and blessing) for yoga whenever I get to roll my mat out — whether it is just for myself, for me and hubby, or teaching my lessons — it just makes me smile and warms my heart knowing how rejuvenating I feel after I am done with my flow. I do hope that I can spread this love to more people — perhaps right now we can do it only via online, but it is still a possibility to create this bond together. Stay tuned for my next session (s) in May. I will be updating all of you for my upcoming sessions.

As I focus on giving my body and mind some good TLC, I realize by doing so, I can be more patient, kind, and mindful to others. I know it’s always very important to treat others the way you want to be treated, but it goes the other way and it sure is important to take good care of yourself. You don’t need to take 1 hour if you don’t have that much time (I know, we all live in a busy world), but even 5 minutes a day to just breathe or to meditate…..or just go outside and soak up the sun…….just do it <3

Stay positive and keep listening to your breath. We do this much too rarely……yet we should always be listening and enjoying the flow of our breath.
