Brand new year: January 2021 schedule!

Did you make your new year’s resolution?

Look at that, we welcomed the brand new year, 2021, JUST LIKE THAT. 2020 went by rather fast and it truly was an odd year. I’m not saying that 2021 would dramatically change and be all peachy-keen right away, but I do hope that we get some normality this year.

Just wanted to update all of you on the upcoming lessons for January 2021. I also missed yoga and I am trying to do a 30-day challenge with Tim Senesi and trying a bit of yoga everyday. I guess I need to also make my new year’s resolution………hmm.
Definitely very important to stay happy, grateful, and mindful. It’s very important to connect with yourself and make time to appreciate the things that’s right there in front of you, rather than feeling down or depressed for the things we cannot change at the moment. Life is good as long as you’re healthy. And it’s very true. Let us hope that this year would be a better year and hope for a better day tomorrow —- but always appreciate the present moment.

Here ins Harz we’ve had some snow since January 3rd. We even saw a little snow falling on first of January but wow….it’s been snowing and the snow has been THERE. It’s something new for me growing up in California to see this much snow. And yes, I am not too great with snow but I am starting to appreciate this beautiful white glittery winter wonderland on another level.

Knowing that we have time with family, we can go walking in the woods and get some fresh air, we can jump right into the beautiful nature (literally 3 minutes out the door!), this pandemic life isn’t too bad at the moment. I do hope that I can fly to Japan to see my parents. That’s one thing that I might be a bit sad and melancholic about whenever I talk with my parents on the phone.

Looking forward to seeing you all soon on your mat (in your own home). Namaste <3
