Hey everyone!
I hope you are all doing well and enjoying some last summer-like days here in Germany. (If you are somewhere else, Japan = try to stay hydrated and take care of the heat stroke; CA = I know there are some fires at the moment (around Oregon as well) so please stay safe; and everyone around the world = just stay well and positive despite this difficult times due to CPVID-19.
Here’s something from my Instagram: hip-opener asanas I noticed that I have this on the IGTV so wasn’t sure how I can share it here, but here it is! This is a great way to let your hip open up slowly and sink deeper. Coming into the lizard (almost like a real low lunge), then moving into the pigeon pose. You can stay up in a round pigeon or come down on your forearms and go deeper if that works for you. You can incorporate this into your regular flow after doing some vinyasa and wanting to wind down. Great way to slow down the breathing and prepare for Savasana.
Stay positive and always find gratitude in our daily lives — be thankful for what is there. Love the people around you, and always tell them you love them.
Have a lovely weekend and Namaste <3
