Feeling grateful always *Namaste!*

Hi everyone,  



What a great way to start the Sunday morning!! This morning I started my Sunday morning with my online English Yoga session. I was feeling great this whole weekend since I had a yoga lesson on Friday, Saturday, and this morning. With the weather being super hot, it was nice to have the evening class on Friday late afternoon. Just in time for the heat to cool off and we had amazing breeze as we were flowing in our Asanas outside.

I cannot stress this enough how yoga really can change your mood, your mindset, your attitude, and even your physical self. Of course, yoga is great for your health but I am a true believer in having a healthy mind (and heart). THIS can really affect your physical state and it keeps you healthy and young when you are strong and positive mentally.
Some days I do have some sluggish days where I feel like “yoga….today….hmmmm” (Don’t get me wrong, I am a devoted yogi but also just a human)
BUT knowing how it makes me feel AFTER I get on my mat, it never makes me want to roll my mat away and lie on the couch instead. It really motivates me to get on my mat and find my calmness and clarity.

Weekend classes are great for those of you in Japan — it’s 17PM when I have a 10AM class here in Germany. Today’s session was a great reunion with all my old friends/co-workers and an old English school student who were interested in joining. I will post my next schedule for the online lessons, so stay tuned! Oh and can’t forget to mention that I’m trying to finish up on some videos as well so that you can get some short quick sessions in (if you can’t do a full 60-min session).

I am so happy and grateful that I have the option of sharing yoga with everyone this way online. Despite the difficult time with COVID-19 right now, it’s good to know that we can all stick together and come together as a community from the help of yoga.

We can all join hands (virtually) and stay positive by enjoying some yoga under the summer sun! Stay healthy everyone.
