Hey everyone…
Today is actually Father’s day here in Germany. It’s also called “Männertag” (Men’s Day) and it is when all the men gather together and go on a hike (usually a long one that is a full-day hike) carrying beer and drinks with them. So it really sounds like a nice German tradition, right? They have another reason to have some fun with good ol’ German beer.
Since all the men were out and I had time at home with baby, and the weather was just so darn awesome today. I wanted to go for a walk but hubby said to be careful in case of some drunk men wondering around. So it was perfect that I went out with my mother-in-law and another friend for a short walk PLUS a lovely coffee break on the porch.
So this week I have 2 more English Yoga sessions online via Zoom:
Wednesday May 20th @ 16:30pm (60 min)
Saturday May 23rs @ 10am (Japan time 17pm) (60 min)
Wednesday was a good session with a nice mix of standing poses and warrior poses. We worked more on the legs a bit but I tried to incorporate good flow. Saturday’s class I’m expecting 3 students from Japan joining me. This class would be more of a soft beginners level flow since I have some beginners in this session.
So far everything is going pretty good online. I have my University’s lectures also online and that’s already been 6 weeks into the semester.
I am trying to stay creative and trying to keep the lectures fun.
That’s always important.
I’m hoping to have another English yoga session next week, so stay tuned. Have a nice weekend and enjoy the lovely weather now!
